- All State Councils throughout Australia and the National Council of New Zealand and any other established organisation(s) in any other island or country within the region of Oceania, is included in the Geographic Regional Council of Australia and New Zealand.
- The Geographic Regional Council for Australia and New Zealand, shall be the exclusive representative of the World Lebanese Cultural Union, in this Geographic Region.
- All individuals, chapters, clubs, branches and organisations who wish to become financial members of the World Lebanese Cultural Union, must apply through the State or National Council of the World Lebanese Cultural Union
The Geographic-Regional Council for Australia and New Zealand shall at all times give due consideration to the spirit of the World Lebanese Cultural Union constitution and by-laws.
